Biography

Monika Aring. Independent Consultant, Senior Policy Advisor for Fab Foundation and FHI 360 (former). Helped design and launch a recent initiative to reimagine workforce policies responding to disruptive technologies. 35 years’ experience working for many international donor organizations, foundations, and corporations to develop multi-stakeholder programs that produce needed workforce skills and better jobs in 50+ countries throughout Asia, Central Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and U.S. Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brooklyn College and Master’s degree from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Participated in leadership development programs at Harvard’s Kennedy School, Harvard Business School. Speak English, German, Spanish, French. (101)
