Biography
Adarkwah Antwi, PhD MRICS, is a Chartered Surveyor and Award Leader for Property Asset Management Programme at the School of Engineering and Built Environment, Wolverhampton University. He specialises in the economic/financial analysis of property markets and has consulted for various organisations, including the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Adarkwah is currently the editor of the RICS refereed journal, Our Common Estates. He has delivered numerous papers at international conferences and has been published in a host of academic refereed journals. Currently supervising three PhD students researching into urban real estate market issues in Ghana and Nigeria.
