Dr. Safwan Yousif is a Chartered Engineer Chartered Energy Engineer and a Fellow of the UK Energy Institute with 20 years extensive utility-scale power, energy and combustion engineering experience. A multidiscipline engineer with a thorough understanding of the technologies involved and high-order project management and project engineering skills. His technical experience gained through working in conventional fossil fuels power plant projects, combustion emissions reduction, and also in energy from waste and biomass and renewable power generation. Working knowledge of range of industries such as cement and lime, building material, process industries, refineries and petrochemicals. Safwan is a lead author, co-author of number of technical papers published and presented in national and international journals, conferences and technical meetings.
