Travel & Hotel

Accommodation & Travel

The local OC from the UN in Nairobi will negotiate with airlines and hotels towards the end of the year: once we receive confirmation of any deals, we will update the website. In the meantime you can follow major booking websites to compare prices, such as booking.com and expedia.co.uk. Regarding airlines, Kenya Airways (KQ) is highly recommended as it has direct flights from major cities such as London and Paris. Also, KQ flies to most countries in Africa, has good and spacious aircraft (Boeing Dreamliners) for most international flights, and is part of the Sky Team: the Sky Team includes KLM, which also flies to Nairobi daily.

Visa

Most participants will require a valid visa to enter Kenya: you can use this link to get an e-visa so there is no need to go to any Embassy.
